The CA Series comprises high-alumina cements known for their excellent thermal stability, early strength, and chemical resistance. Typical applications include refractory castables, corrosion-resistant concrete, industrial flooring, and structures exposed to aggressive environments.

CA40

CA 40 is a hydraulic binder with an alumina content of approximately 40%. Composed primarily of calcium aluminates, it serves as an outstanding binding agent for refractory applications. The high monocalcium aluminate concentration in CA 40 endows refractory concrete with excellent mechanical strength. However, its iron oxide content makes it unsuitable for use in refractory concretes where iron oxide cannot be tolerated, such as in reducing atmospheres.

CA50

CA50 is a high-performance calcium aluminate cement developed for refractory applications requiring thermal stability and corrosion resistance. Produced by sintering high-purity bauxite and limestone, it is primarily composed of monocalcium aluminate (CaO·Al₂O₃) and features rapid strength development and reliable performance under high-temperature and chemically aggressive environments. The CA50 series includes A600, A700, and A900 grades, each designed to meet specific setting and strength profiles for various castable systems.
