Consult NowOur Rapid Pavement Repair Material is a high-performance, CSA (calcium sulphoaluminate) cement-based product specifically engineered for the fast and long-lasting repair of damaged concrete pavements. It is designed to address the critical need for rapid setting, early strength gain, and minimal disruption to traffic—making it an ideal solution for time-sensitive repair projects in both urban and high-load infrastructure environments.
Key Technical Advantages:
● Rapid Setting and Early Strength Development
Initial setting can be achieved within 15–30 minutes, with compressive strength exceeding 20 MPa in just 2 hours, allowing traffic to resume in as little as 2–4 hours after placement.
● Excellent Bonding and Durability
Strong adhesion to existing concrete surfaces ensures a monolithic repair. The material exhibits outstanding resistance to freeze-thaw cycles, de-icing salts, abrasion, and chemical attack, ensuring long-term performance in harsh environments.
● Shrinkage-Compensated and Crack-Resistant
The expansive properties of CSA cement effectively compensate for shrinkage, reducing the risk of cracking and enhancing structural integrity.
● High Sulfate and Chloride Resistance
Particularly suitable for roadways and infrastructure exposed to aggressive environmental conditions, including coastal regions and areas with heavy de-icing salt usage.
● Versatile Application Methods
Suitable for both partial-depth and full-depth repairs, as well as for use in horizontal, vertical, and overhead applications when properly formulated.
Technical Support and Customization:
With a dedicated R&D team and extensive technical expertise, we offer customized formulations tailored to meet specific performance requirements, environmental conditions, and construction methods. Our team also provides on-site technical guidance and post-sales support to ensure optimal results for every project.

Recommended Applications:
● Emergency and routine repair of highways, expressways, and municipal roads
● Airport runways, taxiways, and aprons requiring rapid reopening
● Industrial yards, logistics hubs, and port pavements
● Bridge decks, parking structures, tunnels, and urban rail transit systems
● Any concrete surface requiring fast, durable, and high-performance repair
Application Method
● The working surface must be rigid and should be watered prior to repair. Concurrently, remove any contaminants and standing water.
● Adhering to the mix proportions of cement-based material/sand/crushed stone/water at 1/1.5/1.5/0.27-0.3, adjust the water content as needed based on actual conditions.
● Cement-based material should be mixed with an admixture. Subsequently, add mid-sand, crushed stone, and water, stirring for a minimum of 5 minutes.
● When applying in sub-zero temperature conditions, use hot water and follow a feeding sequence of sand first, then crushed stone and water, finishing with the binder. Ensure that the water temperature is regulated to maintain a placement temperature above 5°C
